Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders for products that are existing and available are peocessed within 2 - 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays. 

 

Custom Commissions will be subject to  the availability of the artist. Commissioned work will require additional creation time, which will be dependend on size and complexity. Lead times for custom pieces will be agreed upon induvidually prior to order confirmation.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24-48 hours.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Estimated delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping is not currently available if you would like to express interest in a product please contact me

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier holds or weather conditions beyond our control.

Packaging & Protection

Artwork is packed with care to ensure safe arrival:

  • Prints & Flat Works: Shipped flat in rigid mailers or rolled securely in heavy-duty protective mailing tubes depending on size.

  • Framed & Canvas Pieces: Wrapped in protective bubble wrap, corner guards, and sturdy corrugated boxes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rohan Does Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, duties, customs taxes, etc.).

Damage & Loss During Transit

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  • Email rohan.paul.ninan@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you in filing a carrier claim or arranging a replacement/refund where applicable.
